Training @ Shanghai

很長很多野做的一個training....
但又可以去上海....
本來book左Four Points by Sheraton...
之後又住左Sheraton Shanghai...
好靚好大的房間...
但一個人睇開幕好悶....
呢3日仲食左好多上海菜....
拔絲地瓜....很久不見....
蟹粉小籠包...蟹粉豆腐煲...蟹粉菜心....蟹粉炒年榚....
真係好好味.....
但係短期內....不會再吃啦....8月的quota已經用完了....
